Shipping

Our shipping is a flat rate of $15 for Australian orders.

All parcels are shipped with Australia Post or Fastway Couriers depending on your location. All items are tracked for your parcel security. Orders do not require a signature on delivery, however if you would like express shipping an additional cost is required. If you require a signature on delivery, please contact us for additional information.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to current biosecurity laws in Australia, we are unable to ship our honey products to Western Australia. 

Returns

Walkabout Apiaries offers returns on damaged items or items that cannot be replaced for another product. We cannot offer a return for change of mind. We can however, offer a store credit for the price of the item when it is returned in the same condition to when it was received.

If you wish to return an item, the customer is responsible for the payment of postage back. All items are to be returned within 14 days of receiving for an exchange or store credit to the address below:
