Light and sweet, a simple treat to have in your smoothie, tea or by the spoon.  This honey comes from the woodland Ironbark forests of North East Victoria. This variety crystallises readily and is sought after for its soft texture. If you prefer runny honey simply warm your jar in hot water until your ironbark honey is liquid.
